Art Services
For services such as Sip&Pour, Private Sessions, or Kid's Painting parties, we do not accept returns. All items are final sale.
- For each event, we require a refundable deposit (payable by cash or electronic payment only) within 14 working days of the booked event. The deposit will be refunded to the host following full payment received for all attendees at the event.
- It is the responsibility of the HOST to verify the number of attendees for the event. The total number of attendees must be confirmed within 48 hours of the event, or the host will not be refunded the deposit amount.
- Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to the event. Deposit will be refunded within 7 working days, via electronic payment method. If cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior, the deposit will not be refunded.
Purchasing Artwork
Please choose your original artwork carefully as we do not accept returns. All items are final sale.
Unpacking Artwork
To avoid accidentally damaging your original piece, such as if a work is unframed, leave all unpacking and handling of the artwork to a trusted professional framer or art handler. We are not liable for damage due to rough or ill-handling of artwork during unpacking.

Damaged Artwork
- If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package, please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately.
- If you notice damage upon unpacking your new art piece purchased from Art Inspirations by Karen Longoria, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. If we find that the edition was damaged in transit, we will attempt to replace the edition. for original work. PLEASE NOTE: a replacement may take 4-6 additional weeks to receive as it takes time to create a new piece and allow for drying and curing of the work prior to shipment.
- To receive your replacement or full refund, you must follow these instructions: 1) ship your original work back in it's original packaging within 7 days of receipt, 2) provide evidence of proof of purchase showing payment, 3) Refund will be provided (less shipping & handling) within 30 days of receipt.
I am not able to offer refunds for artwork in the following cases:
- Any returned (damaged) item not in its original packaging or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned due to damage more than 7 days after delivery.
